The idea of a Primed option is SMART for the many owners that may prefer a custom two-tone paint scheme, custom colors, or custom wraps. The Elio Prime or Primo.Give me mine "Primed" and I'll do it the color I WANT.

Discontinued because people didn't like it turns it into a collectors item.
