What Color Elio Are You Getting?

I have know way of getting the Silver metallic color, I wish I could because I too want that color with charcoal inserts !!

Buddy, have you even considered replacing the stock panels with acrylic finished wood. Exotic woods can be ungodly expensive, but some domestics, say fiddleback maple or flame birch can be dyed (not stain) and finished in high gloss acrylic (think 70's era bar tops). Any woodworking shop with a CNC can cut them. An even less expensive method might be to laminate a dyed wood veneer to the removed originals, finish and replace. Possibilities are boundless.

I will have to try the lighter color gray, I was holding out try to find metallic colors on the gimp. But I haven't had any luck finding them or even pearls, the color I'm really wanting is a silver metallic with the black interior the blue accenting and a blue piping on the leather seats my wife has told me that it will have six way heated leather seats and she is the boss. The colors are mine but seats are hers. I plan on the hood over the top of the car and the inserts on the sides being dark charcoal or black. I have looked at a lot of different designs and keep going back to the silver metallic and black the interior has never changed for me.

Buddy; are you looking at wraps or repainting your Elio. If repaint is in order have a look at House of Colors Shimrin .

I love this combo also, I was going with a silver combo until I saw this photo... now I am sold on this marshmallow & sour apple combo... the Elio Autocycle just screams for two tone colors... I am just not sure what pattern of stripes to go with... You drive this around and they will see ya coming...

I have never had a problem with picking a car colors before, but the Elio is just a little different, it is So much more personal, you know it is going to be so easy to make your Elio your own creation, each one is going to be so different... I love the idea of being able to traveling the US at low costs for fuel, I have more time then money so this helps a lot... because I would like to see the different Elio's clubs across the nation, that is my plan for my future Elio, being able to travel for less...

I would pick red but my little red car I have now attract deer and other cars. I have hit 4 deer and have been run into twice [I was sitting still both times!] so I thing I will try True Blue this time!

I haven't been run into by deer before, but I did have an owl fly into the side of my car once.

A Golden Eagle took out the windshield on my truck near Millerton Lake in CA. Darn thing lived.
