Normal and hard are not much different. Gets to 50 pretty quick.

Have you talked to anyone from there lately? Just to get an update, or any info at all.
No sense in letting them push you to the side, ask them questions, or they can talk to your lawyer (don't say who you lawyer is) just sounds better then a empty promise.
Don't let them think they can just walk all over you. Time to put some bite in your words.

I have no concern when repairs will be done, as I'm getting a completely different new unit.
