I seriously doubt they think I will "give up". You mean quit calling and forget about it? LOL. I could easily afford to totally give up and forget about it and take the $8500 loss. But it is the principle of the matter to me.

My only regret is I wish I had gone down there and taken a test drive, in which case it likely would have broke down then, and I would have gotten a different one instead.

Just out of curiosity, what is the expected delivery time of your replacement motor?

Your guess is as bad as mine!

But as I think I mentioned, AYRO is fully willing to send them a new motor, if the FIRST try one from another of their brand new units to see if it fixes the problem.

Hot off the press! They tried another motor from a different unit and my unit FINALLY worked! So now they are waiting on new motor. They ordered new motor from AYRO earlier in the week.
