I don't think I can get two in my 30' enclosed car hauler trailer (24' flat floor, 6' "grandma's attic) so if you can put two on an 18' trailer, you win the Tetris trophy!

I was thinking of , driving one in forward, then moving the rear over to the side. usng a jack with rollers. Then backing the other one on the trailer, so 2 opposing triangles make a square. Total length being 13 feet, Traller being 18 ft, Still have plenty of room for clearance between the vehicles. My truck and trailer is easily rated to haul the weight of 2 Elios.

I remember my dad and I using expoxylite epoxy on the odometer gear for the Rabbit ... also used that on the leaking diesel fuel pump gasket. sealed it tight and held up for another 3 years.

I thought of that also. I'm not sure you could overlap two Elios that much. I know someone on here showed two Elios stacked like you are talking but I don't know where that info is. I can't find the width of the Elio's rear anywhere either. I know they aren't too wide in the back but I think the angle of the parked Elio won't facilitate another parked like that back to back... or side to side kind of. If they would fit, I'm thinking about picking up 3898 in my 30' trailer and it is pretty wide and covered. I'd be willing to haul another one back with it as well to Albuquerque or close. A simple jack and a dolly should be all that is required to move it around. I have really good special made vehicle tie down straps, too.

Remove the front wheel covers for transport, and you can probably pick up some extra clearances.

true. I could easily wrap and store them in the front of the trailer. I just don't think the angle will save enough space to get 2 in there. I guess two Elios would only take up about 26' nose to tail which is 2' too long. As long as I could get 2' of overlap, it seems they'd fit. That seems doable but I just don't know...

You can "draw" the scenario,.............. to scale.
You will be surprised how much length is shortened by parking at an angle.

Once I put a "dune buggy" that was 10'-6" long into an enclosed trailer that was 10' inside length, just by "raising" the front wheels 2' ,on ramps.
