This would eliminate the labor to remove the factory fabric. On the other hand, I can't see EM "wasting" the money to put the fabric on in the first place. I'm beginning to agree that a temporary seat or little folding chair could be placed in the units scheduled for interior work.

It WOULD be easier to build to order on the assembly line like all the other manufacturers are doing. However, once the line is optimized to handle that, it won't be as efficient down the line. The long-term answer is to "practice like you play". If they stick to their next-day delivery, they should start out that way even if it means the Shreveport marshaling center is more busy than it will be later.I still think building to order on the assembly line initially makes sense.
