Very hard to figure this one out. If the supplier is foreign, private, small, we may need more than a Google search to find the correct answer.

Percentages are like statistics, easy to manipulate to get the desired result. Is EM's #3 "must have" of 90% "American-made" content of the Elio referring to the cost of the parts? Or 90% of the total parts required to build one. Not to mention "American-made" doesn't necessarily mean "Made in the USA". Mexico and Canada are both "North America", so technically they get 100% of their parts from either and still be correct in their statement.
