Thanks for contributing. That's exactly what I was wanting to clear up. Elio has that great list of supplier names but most of them produce so many things or provide so many services, it can be tricky to figure out what they are providing for Elio. Some of them, like the few I put here to start the thread, took some effort to figure out.

I was researching what HOWA would supply... go ahead, I dare you to try researching the company. Apparently, there are several HOWA companies and none of them have an impressive web presence. Anyway, while trying to suss out what they will provide, I ran across an Elio press release that says, in part:
The Interior Trim PDT includes:
Genesis Concept and Design of Phoenix, which is responsible for product design, styling and human factors for trim and components

• Mayco International of Sterling Heights, Mich., which engineered the instrument panel and hard trim
• Howa USA of Novi, Mich., which was responsible for headliner development
• Red Dot Corp., of Valley View, Ohio, which engineered the vehicle's HVAC system.

HOWA is a Japanese company that built a factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky. While all that Elio said was that HOWA developed the headliner, it seems to reason that they will also supply headliners (and perhaps an optional one with LED lighting) for the production run.

I don't know exactly what they will supply. My research is just trying to learn a little more about these companies than their name. I hope they don't mind me copy and pasting their stuff.

I can see EM's suppliers needing these, but I'm not sure what EM will do with them.
Paul has said that EM will just be assembling the Elio, and not mfg. the components.

I found an Indian company called

Very hard to figure this one out. If the supplier is foreign, private, small, we may need more than a Google search to find the correct answer.
