Maybe somebody forgot to turn off the counter after reaching the 65,000 mark and it's still just clicking away, not real reservations.

Of course...Just means the reservations after the 65,112 that reserved by midnight EST on 3/8 will pay at least $150 up to $450 MORE ($7,000 with commitment to buy)...If target price ($7,450) doesn't turn into a HIGHER base price ($7,950? possibly??)...Still 100% behind ELIO MOTORS...Get in now while ELIO is still not $20,000 on E-bay... Supply & Demand imbalances are a very likely situation... I know that people have made multiple reservations in logical anticipation of this. Seems like the more one understands the situation correctly and has maybe $1,000 for maybe 1-10 non-refundable reservations ...The greater the opportunity shall be.

You are correct, Elio has nothing to do with this web site. And that is EXACTLY HOW THEY ACT, so why are you telling us what to say or not say? Got lots of hype 3 years ago.......... now they don't say a thing. And YOU monitor it, for what purpose? They don't care.......

They don't say anything because they are publicly owned now; they weren't 3 years ago; so it changes everything, including what they say or what they don't say; so basically, get over it.
