While that might happen, I'd like to see them keep the base price down close to 7300, otherwise IMHO, they won't be successful in all their target markets. I not only want an Elio, I am rooting for them to succeed. Paul's vision and goals are admirable and America needs a positive story. An American manufacturer creating jobs is one heck of a positive story.

Putting E series out where more people could see them and perhaps drive them would really push the numbers

My Google Drive isn't working right now, but that appears to be 249 reservations in 4 days, which comes out to 62.25 per day. A little slower, but still well above the norm.

Hitting 60k will be quite an accomplishment. 65k even better. BTW, Elio news letter says that 65k goal doesn't relate to the ATVM requirements.
They say the commitments responses were exceptional. I assume that means it's enough to impact the ATVM requirements..
