In many families that $100 would be an inexpensive gift. Just think, with Channukah, Christmas and Kwanza coming it is the perfect time for that kind of gift giving. I love the idea. Of course my 2 sons can afford that $100 a lot better than I can. LOL :-)forgot to account for the $500.00/ unit (before Sept/04) that will need to be accounted for? Math was not my strong suite, still can't figure 15% tip (but compensated by using 20%).
How about the following -
We know by the assigned # exactly how many $1500's there are. Haven't seen a break-down for the rest.
Just suppose we each "sponsor" a family member/friend to a $100.00 "gift" to place them on the list for the 100 refundable.
no risk for them, doesn't happen we lose $100.00-- does happen, they buy the car- refund the $100 to us. Don't buy the car get back the $100, sort of a reverse pyramid scheme
