Kent is a city? I thought it was just a place where all roads intersected at very slow signal lights in an attempt to get people to stop at the local taverns and 7-11's.
( admittedly that's more west than East Kent )

Yep, bro, I lived far east, off highway 18 just up a bit east of White Horse Crossing.
PS, in the 1960's lived in Vancouver Washington for 3-5 months as a young kid. Bit more rural back then.
WOW, just figured out where they got the idea for the White Horse from... English of course.. and the fact that horse ranches were popular in East Kent.
