Wicked Awesome! Safe to say Elio team is trying to cover all major markets with the tour now. I'm confident the Mid Atlantic States will be the next on the list.

Did you see the new update with a Boston event June 6-8. It looks like Elio is definitely listening to us. LOL They will be in Portland July 11-13. I called a friend and invited her to go to Portland with me to see it. I can't wait!!!!! LOL :-) Z

Some where I saw a map of last years tours. Anyone remember where it might be because I sure don't. I'm pretty sure it was on the website. I'd like to see it next to these two maps. I think that would be interesting but then I am a map nut.

It looks like EM needs to put a second traveling roadshow together to cover more ground. Another vehicle, trailer, a few signs, a lot of literature and a couple of personable and knowledgeable reps should do it. With sufficient publicity from the home office, there are plenty of local fairs, festivals, and other public events this summer that would seem ideal venues for getting the word out. A single roadshow isn't going to get it done, spending too much time in transit . . . maybe a second or third could eliminate a lot of travel time and reach more people.

They have discussed a tour that would even allow test drives in the future so it would not surprise me if they have a plan for the tour to ramp up significantly as they get closer to production. Right now they are running this tour fairly lean trying to cover as much of the country as possible while keeping costs down.

We have to remember they are doing more stops than they post for public viewings such as we know they were in Atlanta for almost a week recently for media and other activities. It would not surprise me if sometimes they visit places for potential investor showings and/or engineering reasons as well as for media exposure.

Houston's hosting the Offshore Technology Conference this week, the world's largest petroleum trade show. It would be nice counter-programming to have an Elio in town - especially when there are about 85,000 attendees for this show, many of them investors with deep pockets. This show's all about new technologies, not necessarily just oil.

I hope so! I might have missed it, but it seems odd how WV, VA, KY, NC and SC don't seem to be listed on any of those maps. Maybe they are saving those for test drives! Concord, NC and it's NASCAR track is closer than Pep Boys. LOL
