Maybe, but did you know in Washington State you can't carry a concealed weapon that is over 6' in length?
all of that is true .... IAV has been paid to develop the engine .... they have done so in their facility, by their people, using their equipment, .... EM is paying them to do so .... as time goes on, IAV will supervise the build process, help train the works and will eventually turn the process over to EM .... this has been reported as being the plan for many months .... so what's your point

To do a custom tune the right way on a Harley that already has a factory map that is pretty darn good takes about 5 hours and a skilled dyno operator.
Wonder if they are at the point of mapping it to see what it can and can not do or if they are running it on a base tune to see how it holds up.

That would limit off the shelf transmissions, I doubt it spins counter clockwise, probably just a illusion.
