if not, how difficult will it be to have to modify the body you will use ?
As above, to weld the doors in, smooth it all out to one piece to get it looking like the Paint Shop pictures above, and take molds from there ...
The original idea was easily/locally sourceable and modifiable body panels in the event of an accident or damage. I understand _why_ you are making them out of fiberglass, but it seems like it makes you the sole provider.
Definitely the top rendering, simple and sweet. Sort of KISS.OK then, is this better? (A)

Or this? This one below (B) cuts along the exsiting line, and the one above ignores it.
(above looks better from this camera view, but from other angles...??)

Between those two, I vote the upper. Please note; the black forward edge in the upper
aims at the corner of that back window (and maybe forward 1/2 inch or so).
That is likely important around that line geometry.
Here is 2 inches inches (5cm) after.(C). This one below is more sporty IMHO than the
top one. But does it cut across that wheel well line?

And then there is this.(D). Which totally remakes the character of it.

I still like (C) best. Probably because it reflects the back side window styling.
These suptile line variations make a difference.
Can you accurately lasercut these lines?
So, very well, one last one (E) that reduces the amount of cutting, by leaving much of the, ..well.. , the well.

If the final product is all in fiberglass, (D) seems the better style.
OK then, is this better?
