Normally with an Auto Show, once you're in and have your display up; you're not going anywhere till show closes on the last day; exception is, it's some kind of dire emergency.

Biggest problem there is that since it's inside, no one will be able to take it out for a spin and see how that motor sounds!

Which is why it doesn't actually NEED a running motor at this show ... although it has one.

But other cars there are available for test drives...so...you never know

Don't know if this is really relevant to this thread, but for some reason my brain (if any) said I should see if I could find out when Elio appears on the schedule at the LA show.
The Schedule has Elio slotted at 10:00 am to 10:25 am on the 19th.

At first I took this to be the only time Elio Motors would be present at the show. Then I looked and found this time was listed under:

• Press & Trade Days Schedule /

• Press Conferences

So apparently it is the time for their new conference for the press. They should be present and displaying for the public the entire show,.

Now I have to wonder if they're going to keep the P5 under a sheet so they can have a big reveal, or if they'll wait to do that until they are producing production models.
