Do I take it from both the stock price not changing and from the lack of discussion, that there was no big announcement? Just the unveiling of this E series vehicle at the show? I really am hoping to hear of progress on something soon. Either E1-a development, mpg commitment, funding, information on E1-e and beyond.

There wasn't a whole lot to the reveal that we didn't already know. Well, I didn't know it was a black Elio so there's that. The steering wheel being flat-bottomed and tilt is something new (tilt wheel is standard?). Molding in the Elio logo probably saves some money though I liked the other one better. I can just see a lighted front logo as an option though.

I also noticed in the periscope video that the pedal spacing seemed better.
I can say one thing about it ....... I Love it in Black!!

Wow, I was just the opposite. After seeing it here and the video of it driving in St. Louis, I think the black is really "meh". I will probably still go black since I want to do a stainless steel wrap over it, but if not I would probably go back to wanting red.
I love black cars (4 of mine have been black) but have no idea why it does not work for me with the Elio.
But I really hope that is the production steering wheel. The thickness and four thumb rests look like it will feel great.

They've made adjustments to the headlight cowlings and the width of the hood at th pointy end to accommodate the larger headlamp housings. I like it! Mean looking machine.

Betcha $5 that the Elgin is not in the production car, or at the very least is optional.
