Feds require a amber reflector at the front of the vehicle; it doesn't specify where, other than the front, on both sides; the rear must have a Red reflector.But does the federal regulation actually require amber colored lens in front of the projected light, or that the projected light itself is amber colored irrespective of the lens color?
