Cats get their liquid needs from wet food and water; and don't set the two next to each other; if clean water is next to food, the cats believe that it gets "dirty" from being next to the food; always set the water bowl about 3 or 4 feet away from the food.You might want to go easy on the milk. Cats may love it, but it gives them the scoots.
