Base with a stick. Anything I want to add, I'll do it myself. My 95 Jeep Wrangler didn't even come with a radio and I've never had A/C in it! Why? Cause it's a Jeep!
The $70 radio I have now has an iPhone USB connection, so I cruise with Pandora and Google Maps for navigation all coming out of my stereo speakers. Better than any radio stations and no monthly XM or Sirus charges.

You must have a pretty good data plan to use Pandora across 4G all the time. Doesn't that crush your usage?
Basic black, the only possibilities for for extras- opening rear windows, cruise. Auto tranny would be nice but the $$ may defeat the purpose of getting a $6800 vehicle. I like the control a stick gives, we'll see, but I sort of doubt we'll go for that. As for the color (black), we will be washing it every week for the first few months, then eventually once a month, then when it "needs" it. The final stage will be, "Boy, it sure could use a bath." We will still use and enjoy it though, regardless of how "grey" it becomes between baths!

Pandora doesn't take all that much. I use it probably every other day on my 45+ minute commute and it accounts for .06G of my usage in the past month.

As tempting as it is to get a 'fun' color Elio, I'll probably get silver purely for the practicality.

I want cruise and leather.
A sun roof would be nice, but unneeded. We have a sunroof my wife's car and we almost never use it. I'd like the rear windows to pop-out to facilitate better air flow through the cabin. I feel like I need the Continental radio system smart phone holder thingy because I like my phone navigation system better than any other system I've seen including the Onstar that is on our new car.
Things like wheels and fenders I can do myself, later, if I decide that I need to change that. EM hasn't said anything about the wraps they plan to offer, but I'd consider that too depending on price. I've found a company that does wraps locally and I will be pricing a Belair design as well as a Nemo design through them when EM let's me know when I can pickup my new autocycle.
I'm sure that there may be other options that will be enticing, but until we get a lot closer to the reality of this situation, it's just more speculation and dreaming.

Not as much as you would think. Video is what mainly kills your data plan!! My wife discovered The Walking Dead and watched on her iphone on a four hour trip. And that totally demolished the data plan big time!!

totally agree that black car no biggie- I live in south florida, keep the door and windows open a few sec and off ya go- humidity is the killer down here, and as soon as some moisture is extracted temp is secondary
