Mr Elio could see this and post another SEC report if he wants to stay in the OTC market? Granted they was pretty sad documents (number wise), but he has produced them numerous times.

Unfortunately there is more than just posting a SEC report. Companies must comply with all the requirements. For instance, they need the finances audited and they don't even have a financial person anymore. Even if they did file a report, they would have to continue to do it on a regular basis. Too hit and miss with Paul Elio communicating to trust him anymore I'm afraid.

I see. To me it should be up to the people to put money into a stock. OTC warns people if there is little to no information coming from the company. If people want to bet on a super long shot, what business is it to them. Long as they are warned about it, I think OTC should be good. O well.

Maybe this will be the nail in the coffin so to speak.

Elon Musk said just yesterday that having an idea and a proto type is The easy part, manufacturing something, lining up the supply chain and actually getting it produced is much much more difficult. He is making 2 or 3 brand new manufacturing buildings as we speak. Elon just skipped over the 'funding part'. Guess he didn't have to worry about such trivial matters. I will continue to buy stock as long as Charles Schwab allows me too. CS has not removed my buy bin at 33 cents yet, so that's a good sign. Mark me "Still Hanging on".

I really admire your commitment and hope that in the end it will be justified .... I still have the T-shirts in a closet and bumper stickers in a drawer but that's about it for me

From what I can determine, the stocks are traded "unofficially" until they can be officially traded. It is a binding agreement and not illegal. It's just that you agree to buy/sell at a price until official. Not sure if you must pay in advance or not. Good luck finding a broker for this.

Earlier today I called an old friend on Long Island to see how they were doing with the storm. We hadn't talked for quite a while so, among other things, I told him I wanted to buy an Elio. He never heard of it. I explained and after the call I went on the net and looked back at some Elio videos from the past. All I can say is, they made me want to cry.

you are correct ..... we are getting hit by lots of them .... most well after midnight and most of Russian origin

Not surprised he didn't hear of them. My bumper sticker can only reach so many people. I don't think most know about the Elio. And for good reason. All has been quiet for some time now. Ads, newsletters, tour events, SEC reports have all stopped. Only thing left, I guess, is the factory, office rental and prototypes.

I did. I requested and received my refundable reservation deposit immediately after EM failed to use the Reg A+ $15 Million funding round for their stated purpose........$13 Million needed to build the 25 Elio prototypes for testing, a process that would take 4-6 weeks to obtain the various component parts from Elio suppliers and 4-6 weeks to build. The stated funding required for completing that all important prototype build and testing stage of development was why people invested in EM stock options. Also, EM stated that testing data would have been used to validate claims made on their ATVM Loan Application.

ATVM which was shut down by the WH occupant in 2017..so no $$ there.
