HP??. How about a running engine before we talk about HP.
Any news on the next Engine promise to start?
Dusty of Elio stated the Elio engine has been running. He also mentioned that it was performing better than anticipated. Is this what you're referring to or is there some other engine in your life?:)

The Public start is for PR.

Videos on the web by the 1000's. Elio cold very easy put the engine IF or IF NOT to rest with a video of it running. A 30 minute job.
Because of the fanfare and PR. Patience and we will soon have the video and/or data. Why do you think stores/businesses have a ribbon cutting ceremony? Or a statue unveiling have a covering? The Elio engine is a big deal and they want it to be presented as such.

Nope we can still talk about HP even with no running engine. It has been my observation that few if any died in the wool red blooded American motor heads would rather talk about anything else!
Died in the wool? Was grandma wearing a wool sweater when she died? LOL. I kid. We all struggle with autocorrect. "Dyed in the wool" is what you meant, of course. ;)

Died in the wool? A heart attack during a too close encounter with a sheep?

Oh man Wheaters! I literally ROTFLMAO on that one! :D

On a serious note...They (Missouri politicians) had a SNAFU some years back...here's a copy/paste of the first few sentences:

JEFFERSON CITY - While lawmakers have kept gay sexual acts illegal in Missouri, it is legal to have sex with an animal.
The absence of a law that bans sexual contact with family pets and farm animals has gotten the attention of one state lawmaker.
"This makes us look like a backward state," said Rep. Catherine Hanaway, R-Des Peres, who wants to ban the practice, known as bestiality or zoophilia.
Her bill, which is attracting bi-partisan support, would make it a felony to have or cause contact with an animal for sexual gratification. o_O
