Glad to find another West Virginian here. I am a transplant from the Midwest, but I am really looking forward to driving the Elio on these WV roads! Should be a fun ride and much more fun than the straight roads out there. LOL

Sandy, welcome from New Mexico to the Elio family. Hopefully by the time production starts there will plenty of Elio purchasers in WV.

I went refundable big in Oct, missing Elio when he (she) was in PIT earlier in the summer and want to see Elio in the flesh before committing further.
Elio has many, many more plus' for success than prior attempts from others who failed, but I continue to talk about the politics of money from govt and litigation slowing and/or trying to derail Elio.
I've enjoyed the ride so far and am optimistic its' only going to get better.

Greetings! Just placed my "All in" of $100 and plan to upgrade to $1000 soon...I just want to be sure that everything is still on track before making a larger commitment...but if the lease is signed on the LA plant, should be good enough for me.

Anyway...I can't wait to drive around in my new Elio! Things to look forward to in the meantime:

1) Helmet law change
2) Option shopping...hope to get details soon.
3) Reading more on the blog!

Hi and Welcome from Oregon, BrewStef. I am also all in at $100 and am hoping to upgrade to $500 in July when I see the Elio in Portland. Then I get to start saving all over again to get to $1K. I can't wait to see the Elio in person. You have your work cut out for you reading everything here and on Elio Motors website. There is a lot of information on both sites. This is a very diverse and knowledgeable group so the range of discussions goes beyond the Elio. There are some great pictures, videos, stories and future design ideas all being batted around here. So enjoy the exciting adventure and journey towards Elio Production and Ownership. :-) Z

Yea! Another Eastern Panhandler! I put a $100 all in reservation in June of 2014 and I just recently upgraded to $1000 all in. I'm super excited. I hope Elio Motors can pull this off. It would be fun seeing another Elio driving around the Harpers Ferry area. I'm still patiently waiting to see if the helmet law for West Virginia gets changed.

I just checked your last post and see that you have in fact given up on this forum. Hopefully however, you still have faith in Elio and will get to enjoy one someday.
