Look at the bottom of the video. It is a KTLA, NBC 6, which is a Shreveport, La based news station.

That would be logical, since the anchor spoke about Elio as if the audience would already know about the car and company

I couldn't get the video to open .... no doubt that if they ever choose to produce for import, India would probably be a big market
