My guess is, the muffler will be located on the car, somewhere between the tail pipe and catalytic converter, after the exhaust manifold. Just guessing here.

Bummer, I traded it off for a Goldwing, that I traded off for some cash and a Mustang Gt convertible, which I'll trade off for something else, lol.

That sounds like a very reasonable guess. And, I got the joke. question here... Catalytic converters are expensive and the Elio won't be "required" to have one. Do you think they'll put one on there anyway? Is there a way to do a catalytic converter/muffler combo?
