FYI, Oh oh, we're back. I can tell by the structure of thought and language.The obvious, and most logical scenario is that IAV has 'custody' of the engine (after the 'scheduled' Dyno tests) and is holding it 'hostage' until Elio Motors PAYS the development BILL! Any company that would schedule and ANNOUNCE a major media event.... without FIRST checking and confirming with their Major Attendees..... does not deserve to run a major automotive company.
