No, you're not the only one jhog. But Zelio has hinted before now there would be a delay. And yes, Paul did say the 15th, but folks ... there are ZERO chances being taken with this engine. Anything less than 100% nominal means STOP until diagnosed and fixed. Minor delays are normal for engineering development, however ravenous our particular little pack of wolves may be. Or maybe we're more like a nest full of baby birds crying "feed me, feed me" all the time.

I'm disappointed, too, but yes, it IS a Saturday. One question I have -- where is the testing being done? I believe it's at IAV, but am not sure.
More like a treeful.

I think I got my hint from goofyone before he left but it was not a personal communication so it has to be on our site somewhere.

Having observed how Titus pushes the show forward to get everything said and done within the allotted time, I can understand how someone can make an error in a date. Also, that particular show was recorded a couple of weeks or more before what ever happened happened to change the date.

I am assuming IAV has their own testing facility. After all, this is what they do, design, built and test engines. It makes sense they would have their own facility but that is based on opinion only, not fact. :-) Z

Makes perfectly good sense to me. IAV has to have testing facilities.

Ekh --- IAV has 2 facilities in Northville Michigan. I imagine one is corporate the other is for getting your hands dirty.
I read several months ago, an article, not related to Elio, that stated, IAV was building an another test module. Weather it in one of their existing facilities or a different location, I don't recall. G
