I wanted to make another positive affermation. EM inferred they would get thier 25mil in the time range they had set, just by attempting it. Making it right down that timeline, gives them a bit more street cred with investors and the general public. From now on, if they say something will happen, every one must at least consider they might be right.
When they pull off the P5-25 and the testing too, thier branding will be secure up until production begins. After that' it's simply that the car HAS to work.

I always thought EM might be right, but more so after they deliver on the most recent P5-30 build/testing announcement. I need to see the P5 unveil soon.
Generating $25 Million in a short time frame tells me that a hardcore % of the 43,000 Elio reservationist base already believed they might be right and are willing to invest/gamble even more money than their original reservation deposits.

BTW, if all the 5300 investors so far, wanted to close on the last $4,200,000 on thier own, it would only take $793 more each.

I don't mean to make anyone feel badly, and you shouldn't (we all need to survive first), but I'm feeling kind of proud to be one of the 5300, if even being in it for just $250.

You and me both; I'm on a fix disability income so every penny counts.
In 1985 I bought a share of the B-17 at the Seattle Museum of Flight and I have it framed on the wall and proud as can be about it. It was at a time that it was all I could afford.

I really believe that the concept of "testing the waters" governed the start of the program .... the start/stop dates were self imposed to do just that .... EM knows they have a strong core following .... they know they have been asked repeatedly by (apparently) a significant number of average people if they could help financially support the project .... what they didn't know for sure was just how strong that support is .... given EM's strong need to raise significant funding in a hurry, it seems reasonable for them to test a program for a relative short period ....

I believe they set the dates, just like the total offered, subject to Reg A+.

One of the solid fundamental elements of the Elio platform
is no reinventing the wheel.
The parts base has gone through
the trial & error phase & proved out
the engineering. The production
team are old hands at this game
& the production plant & equipment

I don't completely get it, there seems to be no predicting how things will progress minute by minute. But I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth either! Only 35 people more and up by 800k? That's over $22k each, providing nobody was upping thier previous amounts. Can $600K be acquired before tomorrow when we check in again? At this point I don't see why not!
I have not really seen a new splash of articles yet, as I thought, but come Monday, lots of things could happen.

Today's per-investor amount is huge, compared to the overall ratio.

Between around 9:30 AM and 5:56 pm (now), the sum has gone from 20,767,675 to 21,460,425. The amount per investor during this period is $9,253 PER INVESTOR. Did a couple of whales come to the surface? All I can say is I hope the words are backed up by the cash when the solicitations go out in about 100 days. (Timetable based on remaining time in TTW + 90 days estimated by Startengine.com.)

Just $300,000 more to make it a Million Dollar Sunday!
