Hi Johnny,

The shares reservations are non-binding in every way. You may buy more or less than you reserve, or none at all. The only upper limit is the maximum allowable per investor and there is also a minimum investment (but again you are not obligated to actually invest).

Also didn't say if it was limited to the reservationists after cutoff. That would be out of StartEngines control and subject to the regulation filing.

So it looks like, nope we didn't hit $19mil by this time today. But in 2 hours we got $100k with about $9k left I say we get 19mil inside of 15minutes.
It was very very close. I fact I'd call that 'Damn Near' 19mil.

So I checked the average for the last $84k invested, only 25 investors, gives us $3,600 each. I suspect if you see anything close to that rate over a period, it's not likely bogus.
