Still moving, just a bit slowly. The latest 'adjustments' may be adding to the apparent slow-up. Frankly, I don't see why it kept going after 120% was achieved. At 150% there doesn't seem to be a likely reason new people will see their money accepted. Maybe that's the perception.
If EM would qualify that they will indeed take their money and use it for xyz, it may well continue. But that pesky SEC approval needs to come-in before EM could do such a thing, if it's even possible.

We'll all just have to wait it out, just enjoying the engine and P5 updates for now.

I'd really like to know the line of reasoning folks placing bogus bids are following .... it stands to reason that EM will end up with some amount above their goal .... other than just trying to see if they can get a bogus bid by the screeners, I can't figure what they hope to accomplish
