That has been my opinion since the start of this crowd funding. If the number comes out to only 25 million than the process is a success.
with it being the first major one, I suspect that much has been learned by Start Engine and those observing the process .... Start Engine has a huge financial stake in this project because they are paid per investor .... I can see them as being highly motivated to find real investors
