Can someone post the current graph that shows the quantity of share 'reservations' over time (the rate)? Feels like EM is unstoppable...as I check the level and progress of share reservations, they continue to increase at a rapid steady rate with no end in sight. Very exciting.
I'll try and update it better tomorrow, so the image I post here is just a quick extension to the plot line. It seems to point to 140% around Sunday night. And currently rising at about $5m every two weeks.

Is that something the SEC can review and 'suggest' changes to? We've heard that there is an expectation that the SEC will want some changes. You can't change the facts (Financial statements, people involved, Technical specs of the vehicle). The obvious things they could want changed would be minimum number of shares, price of shares, equity in the company, the 'variables'. Of course, no one really knows what the SEC will be looking for.

I know nothing about about this stuff, but it seems logical that the SEC will (may) even change thing like..."valuation". As of now, EM is saying $600 for XX number of shares. I would think the SEC will put a firm value on 1) Elio Motors, and 2) the percentage of EM that the total number of shares represents.
side note:
I find it interesting that SE reserves the option to convert money that they make from this, into EM shares.

I talked to a automotive paint wholesale buyer today. I asked about yellow being more expensive than the other standard colors--black, white, blue, red, etc. He informed me that yellow is more expensive than some of them but that RED is the most expensive of any color. So, I no longer believe that yellow is not available because it is more expensive.

Also, one of the spay booths could be updated to the system that allows the color to be changed with the flick of a switch.
thanks, Must be PE's dad didn't like yellow.

AriLea has been keeping that chart. He updated it last week, so you can probably find it earlier in this thread.

If they exercise it, that's another $400K for Elio. Go Elio! Also, I think Ron Miller (the guy from CrowdfundingX) is more than thrilled with the PR value for his firm that the EM success has given him -- so who knows, he may opt for SOME of the fees in stock (he's a start-up to and needs cash flow).

The SE and CrowdX people are looking forward to more customers than anything else. So number1 on their priority is to see ElioMotors succeed. Taking just enough money to keep rolling is their minimum requirement. Taking the rest of the fees in stock both preserves Elio's viability and raises SE's perceived value. It's a win-win.

Here's the update to the chart. Sorry about the lack of quality. It's a raster image (MS Paint) and I don't have the original. Each copy/paste gets worse.
But you can clearly see the trend, or volatility as the case may be. Obviously there are social triggers to the peaks of the red graph. The nominal trend shows between $50k and $100k daily. But it seems events tend to trigger peaks from $200k to $800k some days. That is how I interpret this chart for the last 45days up to today. A very different dynamic since 90% of the $25m goal was reached, and about when the hackers were 'throttled'. I'm guessing that event seemed to 'stumble' the progression, until the public decided not to worry on it. And perhaps there was some sorting out on the implications of reaching the 25m goal. Both being significant and relevant events.
