Ari, how did your visit go with the person from LA? You mentioned showing your project to someone.
He was impressed. As a test case we discussed how such a thing could be presented to Tesla. We'll banter back and forth about the subject into the future as people he socializes with, come in contact and if they express any interest. We've also discussed the idea of a movie prop. A very good venue for exposure.

I remembered to show him the Atlantric entry on the last page of the 'A-Z' of three wheelers by Elvis Payne. That never hurts.

He also come over to drop off hardware for some software research we're cooperating on. Both purposes were about equal in importance for this trip.

Edited: It's not obvious, but the Atlantric looks a lot more interesting in person than in images.
Images are always a more flat media than in person, even with 3d. The Atlantric is very organic and shapely with compound and complex sculpting. Such roundedness changes perceptions with the angle and presence of a viewer.

My theory is, all modern product designs tend toward sharper corners and non-organic simplistic shapes because the persona does not change as much with angle, distance and presence of the viewer.
