So what are you saying here?I find the suggestion that there might be a legal issue with a toy car that someone might copy and make a real, similar, autocycle of, at some point in the distant future, extremely amusing! The chuckle alone was worth the effort to date. I can see the toy company's legal team staying up all night to produce a defense. I must admit, I have not searched trade marks or patents in the past year plus, as in past searches on 3 wheel vehicles drew a list of vehicles, but not one whisper of an Elio.

I know all about the Elgin dash Kuda, I read the postings long ago. My comment was a joke. Geez, lighten up.Go to the top of this page. Click on "Search Forums"
follow the instructions & enter: Elgin dash. spend
next few days reading the hundreds of similar
questions & responses, etc., re. the "Elgin Dash".
Or the simple answer is: The Elgin Dash is currently
the only dash that will be standard in the production Elio.
The current company line is there will be no 'optional
dashes' offered by Elio. But that doesn't eliminate the
aftermarket..........this is a bone of contention, but not
as serious as the funding issue, that's for sure........
