I think it does; look in the first at the top of the page; then look at the one you posted first; you can see the wiper motor, and more of the whole wiper assembly. I think they took the panel off that covers it.
Also, look where the front suspension goes into the body; that's a huge opening.

I think because it's an E-Series, we shouldn't compare it to a finished unit.

I think it's to show off some engineering.
