This is interesting information.Just a little off topic, but a lot of people asked why 84 MPG was important.
Well, this might just be the answer.
If you do a conversion from US gallons to Imperial gallons you will find that it's 100 MPG Imperial.
Withe the number of countries that still use Imperial, that could be an interesting sales point.

There is a method to their tour madness, though I'm not sure where they are in the cycle, I do know they have used the P3 and P4 to be in different places at once https://eliomotors.wordpress.com/2014/03/01/elio-preview-tour-3-1-14/has the tour spent much time on the west coast .... since I've been following EM it seems to me like most of their time has been spent in the eastern half of the country
