The good news is there are some actual FUV Owners. However, I’m no longer interested in the FUV without a fully enclosed model in the Arcimoto lineup. I can’t imagine anybody purchasing a FUV without some reassurance of long range service and parts availability.

That's 10% of the year's production.

Curious as to what they are, I guess some are test mules and demos, but how many are because of slow sales?
From looking at the numbers, it's more like a custom workshop because when admit you are making 331 units per year and there are 365, you have 34 days per year of nothing. Essentially, slightly less than 11 months. Since it's been confirmed that they only work 4 days a week, that's 208 days for the year. Since they make 6 per day, that comes down to about 55 days per year. Thus less than two months of actual production. Makes you wonder how they will be doing 50K in 20 months (as per the founder of 50K in 2025).

As for the numbers they sold 228. The rest were inventory, deployed to rental and then they did retain 24 for themselves. So, that number is separate. Those could be test mules, made for demo's and who knows what else.

Sales increased from last year by just over 19%, 228 vs 191.

They only have 117 working there. 92 were furloughed.

Also, own one property and lease 8 others in Eugene. Seems like a lot of properties to me. This one is the most interesting:

On June 25, 2022, we entered into a lease for a house located at 1324 West 4th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97402. The term of the lease is one year which began on June 25, 2022. Rent is $2,400 per month. The space is used to house remote employees when traveling to Eugene.

I found that odd. You can look up the address and see what it is. Looks like a party house to me.

TMW still loses money. I still do not understand why they paid $14M for that company.

Midas does service in Hawaii. B&H Electric for PA.

They are looking into using dealers for selling FUV's in states where they are banned from doing so.

They spent $18M in R&D.

Owe $7.6M to suppliers and others.

The flat bed and Deliverator will have a mobile charging station battery pack for DC/DC charging.

The flat bed will have fire suppression unit in the bed for firefighters

Temperature controlled food box for the Deliverator

If you read Lee Iococca's autobiography, it's quite wild what Chrysler owned at the time he arrived.
I have and it's amazing. It's like here in our area we used to have Bethlehem Steel. When it went bankrupt and then the assets bought, the office tower they built was something of a secret for anyone not working there as an executive. The amount of artwork in the place and a whole bunch of it in storage in the basement was worth in the tens of millions of dollars. Plus the custom gold door handles. Also, they hired women to sit at the entrance which would escort the executives once they showed up. They even had heated seats for them. We have a golf course that they built because one of the CEO's liked golf. At 3pm, a siren went off and the police blocked the streets so he could get to that golf course as fast as possible.

Lee Iococca went to Lehigh University (which Bethlehem Steel funded to be built as it's only just up the hill. So, I bet Lee seen this extravagant lifestyle going on right where he grew up. Lee's Uncle did start this place which is still around today.

Arcimoto has a new permanent CEO. Tapped Tesla talent, so he can use that knowledge to get the company back up on top. They will be profitable by Q4 and selling a minimum of 400 this year.

The sarcasm isn’t helpful. Sad case scenario for the small investors and more importantly the early adopters having stress over Arcimoto’s mismanagement, current financial situation, and the future of service and parts issues with their FUVs if the company does file for bankruptcy.

They seem reluctant to get rid of the excess weight up top.

A guy from the military and Tesla who has worked with unlimited bedgets, doesn't seem the right fit at the moment ... just saying.

Remember that movie "Dave" starring Kevin Kline who is a fake US President, and gets his side street office accountant friend to balance the American deficit? Yeah, just a movie, but it's what Arcimoto needs, someone with street smarts running it on a budget now.

2 models at the moment, the open 3 wheel motorcycle looking thing, but with more range, and SOMETHING WITH DOORS, you morons.

The motorcycle thing has real potential IMO, all it needs is long panniers on the sides for really good carrying capacity, and more range. much more, or a range extender. Consider that people are paying $50, $60K etc for Harley and Honda Goldwing trikes.

It would be nice if they brought someone in from the outside. Not take a BOD guy and make him CEO. It's rearranging the chairs on the Titanic.

As for the roadster, they are running into a major issue with that. It's called CAN-AM. Three wheeler with similar design and the top of the line model only costs $800 more. It gets 35 mpg and will go 250 miles on a tank. Thus, the 102 miles for the Roadster. Then this top of the line model has storage, ABS, Stability, TC, and EPS. I don;t have to pre order the Can-Am either. With Arcimoto it's a pre order and then just wait around for some unknown time as to when I can get it (as long as I live in the correct state). Plus the recharge time on a Can-Am is about 5 minutes tops. For another play toy, I can't imagine going the Roadster route unless they double the range, use DC fast charging and then add storage all for the same price they have for the existing model.
