I've been to fuvowners.com on various occasions. The site is basically dead. No real owner reviews.
I don't do facebook, but dropped by the site. Again, no real owner reviews.
I've looked for fuv owner reviews on youtube. Couldn't find ANY. Bunch of promo and test ride videos, but no owner reviews.

I call bull-hockey. I've looked, and they aren't there. Again, feel free to post links to actual owner reviews. Until then, I stand by my claim that my google-fu is not weak as you claim.
I couldn't find any any independent road tests either. No documentation of range, charging times, performance, etc. Just a bunch of promos and demo rides.
"If I care to look" - nonsense.

Nope. It's all there at the FB FUV Club. Including owner created video, and experience, performance, issue and feature "review" content. Even if it's not in the exact form and format you seem to demand it be in. Since you don't have any real interest in owning an FUV and you "don't do facebook" (which I knew), it's understandable that it may be a little hard, and/or may take a little extra effort, for you to find it and/or put it together. Sometimes Google and YouTube just don't feel like doing your homework in one or two clicks either.

I've been following a number of startups for a while and still have deposits on several models that may have sang their swan song. Sucks to be us. I don't have a deposit on an FUV. It's just personal preference. I can't speak for Rick, but over the years, it has seemed to me that he has rarely, if ever, made "excuses" for any of the startups. I believe he's been in pursuit of his own three wheeler for more than ten years. IMO, even though his honesty has all but been brought into question here, to the best of my knowledge Rick passed up an earlier offer of delivery and is still waiting for his Arcimoto. He wants what he wants exactly how he wants it without compromise. I find that admirable.

While Arcimoto's long term future may still be debatable, I'm 99.99% confident that Rick's wait will not be in vain.

It makes sense. When my wife went into real estate, it was a way for women to further themselves. She did great and I appreciate that. It was that after 10 years she hit the ceiling. Those commercial accounts are for men. So a $10M piece of property is for men. $100k is what women can handle.
I like when companies come out for women’s day but in the end, most hide what they have done to put them in upper level positions. Ones that do not advertise this, typically have a very heavy male upper management structure. If FUF was truly pro women, they would push this, yet they do not.

I ask, your favorite engineer has no name. Why is that?

Okay, I got it. Since I'm not bright enough to find the thousands of owner reviews and independent tests, there's no point in you or Rick providing any links. I probably couldn't follow them anyway, since I've only been a computer geek for 39 years. Yep. I got it.

Not pro women??????? Arcimoto is a new startup Company and I’m happy they are currently providing 73+ American manufacturing jobs in Eugene, Oregon (maybe some day 1500), advertising for help wanted, and ass.u.me they hire the most qualified applicant for the job. Regarding your no name question, I simply made the general statement and I didn’t think anybody really cared that I had a favorite Mechanical Engineer let alone her name. The original Arcimoto Team looks to have had one woman that’s still with the company.

Can I "meet the team" for FUV? Plus I want to know the name of that engineer.

It’s unlikely Team Arcimoto would travel to meet you since they are currently busy with production and production scale. Uncertain about a meet up with team Elio.

See the Elio Amazed Post #1232 above.

Good one.

I can't speak for Arcimoto RSchneider.
But I'd bet if you contacted them and were willing to travel to Eugene...
You'd be able to meet some of the team and have a look around the AMP.
Happens almost every day.

The bigger question is, do you really want to meet the team? I’d suggest you consider waiting for the Arcimoto road tour team to get back to your neck of the woods with a load of FUVs for test drive events. Travel money you save to meet the team can be used to offset the shipping costs of your potential “future I drive”. :).

I thought this was interesting. A company (XponentialWorks) requesting to partner with Arcimoto to 3D print FUV component parts in effort to reduce the overall weight of the vehicle by 25%.
