I've been to fuvowners.com on various occasions. The site is basically dead. No real owner reviews.
I don't do facebook, but dropped by the site. Again, no real owner reviews.
I've looked for fuv owner reviews on youtube. Couldn't find ANY. Bunch of promo and test ride videos, but no owner reviews.
I call bull-hockey. I've looked, and they aren't there. Again, feel free to post links to actual owner reviews. Until then, I stand by my claim that my google-fu is not weak as you claim.
I couldn't find any any independent road tests either. No documentation of range, charging times, performance, etc. Just a bunch of promos and demo rides.
"If I care to look" - nonsense.
Just a bunch of promos and demo rides.
Nope. It's all there at the FB FUV Club. Including owner created video, and experience, performance, issue and feature "review" content. Even if it's not in the exact form and format you seem to demand it be in. Since you don't have any real interest in owning an FUV and you "don't do facebook" (which I knew), it's understandable that it may be a little hard, and/or may take a little extra effort, for you to find it and/or put it together. Sometimes Google and YouTube just don't feel like doing your homework in one or two clicks either.

I've been following a number of startups for a while and still have deposits on several models that may have sang their swan song. Sucks to be us. I don't have a deposit on an FUV. It's just personal preference. I can't speak for Rick, but over the years, it has seemed to me that he has rarely, if ever, made "excuses" for any of the startups. I believe he's been in pursuit of his own three wheeler for more than ten years. IMO, even though his honesty has all but been brought into question here, to the best of my knowledge Rick passed up an earlier offer of delivery and is still waiting for his Arcimoto. He wants what he wants exactly how he wants it without compromise. I find that admirable.
While Arcimoto's long term future may still be debatable, I'm 99.99% confident that Rick's wait will not be in vain.
