Did I miss the Arcimoto announcement that the initial 1700 FUV Reservations will not deliver this year?

We've had one of our forum members post an email response from Arcimoto.
This is part of that email. I've not put the specific reservation # here so as to protect the guilty.
"You have reservation #14XX, which has an estimated vehicle completion in Q1-2019."

However, consider that Arcimoto has always tried to be conservative in their estimates.

And Ampere Motor USA told us that they're 70% sure that they will offer A/C.
They said they would know for certain before production, which is set for summer.

Wouldn't it be funny if after following and reserving from Elio, Solo, Arcimoto and Sondors the Ampere comes from out of left field and beats them all to production!

I have not test driven any of vehicles that I am following. It sure would be nice to have a test drive marathon?

We all get excited when these small startups shows up with their shiny first prototype, we get double excited when they've delivered a handful to customers but the transition to ramp up production is the real test if they have all the funding in place. So it's now 2019 before we all see the FUV in meaningful numbers. Can EMV come through and satisfy these drooling early reservation holders receive their SOLOs this year????
