I object, speculation.

Have you heard from either one in the last two years? It’s abundantly clear that Hari has tried at least two more failed endeavors since the EM debacle. Maybe you know something the rest of us don’t?

I’d say that Paul and Hari have ‘moved on,’ to put it politically mildly. And just for the record, remember that Joel Sheltrown went with Hari, and Connie, who came to EM with Hari, has skipped out, as well.

‘Speculation,’ my friend, was believing in well crafted “Forward Looking Statements,” when the SEC required documentation said otherwise. The EM solution was to avoid the burdensome and revealing SEC requirements and stop all other communication altogether.

If your offer was directed to me "some move on". No problem, life is way to short to waste on a failed project. If you wish to continue to hold out hope, well more power to you. Despite what you think dissention is not a bad thing. But I wish you well and the miracle that you obviously are fixated on.

Of course. But if they were or are thinking about EM or their pool of reservationists and investors, they sure weren’t letting us know. I’ll stick with the simple theory.

I agree chances are slim to none. I just mean you don't know what Paul is thinking or doing.
I disagree. We know what he's doing. For example:
1. Not updating his SEC filings
2. Not issuing press releases in over two years
3. Making it overly difficult to refund deposits
4. Not taking reservations in over two years
5. Not updating his website
6. Refusal to talk to anyone in the public
7. Is hiding

His thinking is simple. He got a bunch of money from people on a project that was never going to work, so he needs to stay out of the public eye until everyone gives up.

On the other hand we could look at it as he's looking for money and that soon it'll all come together. If Elio was not still a viable business plan, he would have shut the doors years ago. The question is, how long does it take to look for money? The answer to that is simple. Until you die of old age. So this means, Paul has another 20 years.

Wrong. He's covered by his website's "Forward Looking Statement" from any liability hence he doesn't have to do anything and his website can stay as-is indefinitely.
