Do you make these things up or are just naturally talented that way? LOL :) Z
Z, I get emails with this kind of stuff every day from friends and ex business associates from my working days. Here's another.

Normal people believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Engineers believe that if it ain't broke, it doesn't have enough features yet.

It would be really nice if you could provide some hints as to 'who' this commissioner is. I don't think she would mind a visit from a few of us, while exchanging some colorful words. Just saying. :)

I was just being lazy and did not want to look up her name. :D

The commissioner who has been causing Elio Motors so much trouble in Caddo Parish is Stephanie Lynch.

The video on this page also helps clear up some confusion as it has a Caddo Parrish commissioner directly confirming that as of May 1 IRG has an active lease on the property;

In my world, if it ain't broke - it hasn't been tested enough.

A friend is a mechanic at Ft Bragg, he told me about a time a couple decades ago where a soldier who had been told how stable the Humvee was decided to stunt drive it on the left 2 tires like he did with his Civic, rolled it right over. Where there's a soldier, there's a way.

My father who was in the Navy for 28 years said that engineers would routinely trot out new designs that were idiot proofed, and were dumbfounded when the sailors broke it in just a few minutes.
