You might try sending a personal communication to Okuma Steve and see if he can make a suggestion. I know the information is on here some where but I can't find it. :) Z

i tried a search too - the tellmemore.com e-mail and elio's login page but when i get the forgot password link it says a link will be sent - one was sent but when i went to that link there was a message that said the password reset was expired. i'm not sure that i should be taking this as a message to not 'invest' anymore money with this rinkydink outfit

Geez, Charlotte, about the best I can suggest is to forget about the website, and finding your password, and CALLING the folks at EM DIRECTLY AT: 1-844-289-3546, between 9:00 am & 3:00 pm central time. Closed, probably tomorrow, so will maybe have to wait until Tuesday.

But I would STILL try Monday. Good luck.

A few months ago, I went all-in for $100. I never received a confirmation email. No big deal, as I saw on my account that the purchase went through. Then I received my t-shirt and sticker.
A few days ago, I was compelled to upgrade to all-in for $1000, so I upgraded. I see the transaction on my account, but still no email.
Normally, this is no big deal, but in this case, if my email is how Elio is going to get me my car number and to contact me about future stuff, this is a problem.
I read that people are needing to check their spam folder. Well, I don't have a spam folder. Only a slider to decide how strict my spam filter is. So if the email got blocked by my spam filter, a> there is no way to know that, and b> no way to retrieve the email.
So I reduced my spam filter, but I don't know of a way to get Elio to resend my confirmation email, and to test whether my filter is set low enough. I would look into white-listing them, but I don't even know what email address that email should be coming from, and again, no way for them to resend.

Any thoughts?

I have two thoughts but can't vouch for their quality.

1. Does Elio have your *correct* email address?
2. Why don't you have a "spam" folder?
a. Blocking email without leaving a trace is an old strategy which is risky because of situations like this. Maybe your email is through a corporate system which often indulge in such risky behaivor?
b. If a private email client do you talk with the email server using IMAP?

2. According to my email settings: Important: Rejected messages are not stored in a "spam" folder where you can review them. They are returned to the sender. Be careful when increasing your mail filter setting.

Many email systems have a white list function where you can list email addresses and/or web domains which the email system will always deliver to your inbox. If you have this we can give you the email addresses and/or web domains needed. Have you tried looking for something like this?
