Many email systems have a white list function where you can list email addresses and/or web domains which the email system will always deliver to your inbox. If you have this we can give you the email addresses and/or web domains needed. Have you tried looking for something like this?

I have and it appears as if the administrator of the web interface doesn't allow for white listing either! Perhaps if I add the email addresses to my address list, that will take care of the white listing.

Does anyone know what the most matching cash or discount you can get? I put some money towards the car when they were doing the 50% thing. I am still confused...

Before Monday (9.1) it was 50% of what you put up, to a max of $500. You put up $1000 and they put up $500. Now, it's 25% to a max of $250. You put up $1000, they put up $250. If you put up before Monday and upgrade after, it gets a little trickier. $100 before will get you $50. Upgrade to $1000 after (add $900) will get you an additional $225, there by getting you $275. You put up $1000 total and get $275 total. I hope my math is correct. I've been called out on my math skills before on this forum!

It's basically 50% match of what you put down on your reservation. Example if you did $1000, they'll match $500, if you did $100, then they do $50.
