I'd go wireless with a battery powered Go-pro for that.
My thought was something integrated into the housing for the lights so it could be aerodynamic and not obviously a high priced camera. Or just a tear drop shaped bump on the wheel housing with a black dot on the front.

Or go with an oblong shape on top of the housing. Cameras looking forward and rearward.

Keep in mind that a camera on (or in) the wheel housing will probably shake too much to be of much use.
Check Ebay out for a wide variety of reflector-type led lights and mini fisheyes that you can incorporate into the covers.
They're really inexpensive... Like a couple of dollars a piece!

For info, in case you don't already know. If you hover over the picture of the Elio with your "arrow" and hold down the activation button on the mouse you can rotate the picture numerous ways to get a great view. BUT, the "bulge" is not there. The mouse wheel also zooms in and out. Click on the reset window to return to standard view.

When you rotate to the starboard/passenger/right side view and look where "Dah bulge" should start there is a shadow there instead. Might be nit-picking, but I'm wondering what EM might have in store for that spot. Could it be a blemish in the CAD reproduction?

I thought this was federal mandated on all 2010 and newer cars.
I guess we will see how this is handled by the AutoCycle regulations/laws.

Like you already pointed out, it's not a car, so TPMs not mandatory, and I find it more an annoyance on my Suzuki than helpful (the moment it gets cold it lights up).

What do you mean it includes the iPad? It includes can app that you can download to an iPad, but you have to supply the iPad. No mention of them including one with that $2K price, and I wouldn't want one anyway, I'm an Android guy.
When it was announced a year and a half ago, they were quite clear that the iPad was included. Part of the justification for the price. Maybe that's changed.

So far: you can't "un-order" a wrap.
Color changes are cumulative and interact -- the licorice color looks distinctly green on my accurately calibrated monitor. Body colors really look "off".
Details are scanty
No non-skyzmatic rear view camera -- this has been promised for two years, and is a deal breaker for me.
Automatic is priced at $1,050. Too much, but just barely acceptable to me.

Love the interior color options (variety of them and the display). It would be nice if color were accurate.

Here's what I emailed them:

ESSENTIAL
Rear view camera (full time, not just reversing). NOT SKYZMATIC. A standalone camera option has been promised all along. So please add it. This is a deal breaker for me.
Cruise control
Cup holder

Safety
Lane alert mirrors
LED marker lamps (low intensity) on leading and trailing edges of wheel covers. Important for safety.

Performance and durability:
TURBO
Belly pan
Higher rated battery
Want to have:
Pouch or net style storage on visor
Additional storage which can hook to the door or side pane

Convenience:

Additional sound proofing
ODB II
Additional USP and 12v outlets
Pouch-style or net storage in visor (or mount the rear view camera there)
Additonal storage built in or mounted on door. Doesn’t have to be big, but has to hold misc. odds and ends.
Grab handle for A-pillar
No reverse camera is a deal breaker for you? You can get one for under $30.
