My take is sometime in 2017, my guess is in April or May, Elio will start producing vehicles for reservation holders. So if you haven't yet made a reservation late 2017 is the earliest you get one, 2018 is probably more likely. I hope to have mine by summer 2017.

Fourth quarter of 2016 (December) is when the 100 fleet vehicles are to be made. After a few months of testing in the real world, the units for public consumption will be built. At least that is the latest we have heard. So still fourth quarter of this year, but only for fleet sales.
