It appears to me, Em will be cycling through various incentive programs after they get done with the discounts of the past.
These limited edition items do tend to prompt much better than T-Shirts for people at the travel shows, so they do not just wait on the fence. We'll see how that goes until 65k or the needed 'commitments' are reached. Attached is the latest from this week.

Looks like the increased reservation rate is holding. Fourth week in a row with high numbers.
Hopefully we'll see a Steel-Skinned Elio done before then. That would help reservations too. But so far, no direct hint from EM on a schedule for that.
Did anyone hear/post anything on when we'll see steel?
That could be why they aren't posting a lot of future dates on the tour schedule; they're waiting for the E1C to put out for the tour group.
I believe it's ready, but since that is supposed to be the "real" marketing Elio; they're waiting (on the tests) for any last minute changes.
Is it in steel or composite do ya think?? It could still do the intended job in plastic, but I'm hoping for steel.
