2. Will it have zerk fittings or lifetime lube?
3. Will it have a fuel filter?
4. How many O2 sensors?
5. Will it have a DVD player as an option?
6. Is there a trip odometer?
7. Will seat belt latch be on on left or right?
8. Will a technical manual be provided?
9. Has a decision been made on whether it will have OBDI or OBDII?

10. I would take my tape to measure from outside left fender to outside right fender.

And I wouldn't be upset if I didn't get these questions answered since it really doesn't matter that much.

Well, #9 and #10 got answered. #1 through #8 didn't.
Hoping #9 might get answered on Tuesday (Nov 4).

Jambe, I'm sorry I forgot to update you. I did ask Jerome your questions and got some answers.

1) The engine will have a provision for a block heater
2) It will have the zerk fittings
3) It will have a fuel filter
4) He didn't know how many O2 sensors it would have but I suggested there would likely be one and he seemed to agree.
5) I believe he said it would be an option but I can't remember for certain
6) There will be a trip odometer
7) The seat belt latches will be on the left for both front and rear
