Overheard Paul last evening, for only a few minutes, mentioning the start date of production will be in the third q of 15-( nothing new there), but he went on to narrowing it down further mentioning the 3rd week of Nov, they'd be up and running- so my entry is Nov 22nd.

Yes, it's earlier that predicted.

That would be a contradiction, since the third week of November would be the 4th quarter of 2015.
