Actually the most tangible issue now is (and always has been) raising the needed money.
Until then, the production "start-up" is just a (hopeful) estimate.

Kudos to Paul Elio for his candor on the matter. None the less I'm starting to get afraid..........very afraid. Money talks and if the big boys don't want this to happen the money will not be there. Ironic that, try-as-we-will, we just can't avoid the politics of this issue.
