I'm thinking the news of Paul's meeting with the SEC about the Reg A+ success, may be a hint that the $185 million Advanced Technology Vehicle Manufacture loan may be close at hand.
Not until they certify mpg and the formal base price... "targeted" doesn't work for DOE.

The problem is, they will probably complete something and then announce it after it is complete.

An example: I am working on a project that we have agreed to not announce upcoming tests. Instead we will announce the results of the tests after they are completed. At out last meeting, we had a lot of people come that only got in the way of the central participants of the meeting.

The christening of the engine was announced before it occurred. Then when it was canceled, there was a big backlash.

I suspect EM will announce a lot of progress after it is completed. If this is the situation, they would actually be farther ahead of where they appear.

(I would love for them to be farther ahead than they appear.)

There's a protocol for certifying miles per gallon. They will follow it.

So that would be ---> https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/fe_test_schedules.shtml <--- ?
Or is there some other methodology that I'm not aware of?
...."Manufacturers test their own vehicles—usually pre-production prototypes—and report the results to EPA."...
My guess would be that E1A thru E1W fit that category and only one of them has to be tested.
And the EPA will not be able to verify until they are in production.

Elio can certify that their results are correct and kosher. EPA may or may not choose to verify. What is your agenda here, William? You seem to have a chronic chip on your shoulder. Is there something you are trying to prove?

This thread is about what yiu think Elio's next major announcement or milestone will be. Do you have a thought to add on that topic?
